Mattie received her National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and Certification as a Hearing Conservationist. She is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Steve S. Um – Occupational Health Medical Director & Medical Review Officer (MRO), Emergency Department Medical Director. He has years of experience as Medical Director of the Nason Hospital Emergency Department. He has been a certified Medical Review Officer and Medical Director of Occupational Health since the program was established in 2001. Erin Focht, CMA Office Manager, Certified Medical Assistant: She has 10 years experience in physician office and hospital settings.
